A full store redesign typically takes 8–12 weeks from first brief to launch. Audits and targeted page redesigns take 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a precise timeline after reviewing your brief.
Yes. We work with all major eCommerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and custom-built stores. We deliver design assets, component libraries, and implementation guides compatible with your platform.
Our minimum engagement is a Design Audit starting at ¥500,000. This gives you a full written analysis and prioritised list of recommendations you can action yourself or with us.
We can't guarantee specific numbers — conversion rate is influenced by many factors outside design. What we do guarantee is that every design decision we make is backed by evidence from our portfolio and will be validated through A/B testing during the project.
